Historic Landmark 8-Flat Rehab. 6,000 SF Gut rehab of a Historic Landmark 8-Flat. Work included meticulous restoration of front façade to its original condition, including complete removal and replacement of façade, utilization of specialized masonry techniques and custom window installation. Work also included a complete structural re-framing and shoring of the foundation system.
