General Contracting & Construction Management

Our primary role is that of a General Contractor / Construction Manager – the lead coordinator for all construction activity on a project, and we take that role very seriously.  We understand that construction projects can be stressful or at least inconvenient, and our main goal is to provide quality work at an affordable price with the least impact to the owner/tenant.

Every successful project begins with careful planning and proceeds with full coordination and communication between all parties.  We believe in the team approach: we meet with the project design team (Architect / Engineers / Designer) and the owners from the start to ensure all project expectations will be met. We also offer value engineering suggestions for all projects in order to help minimize cost.

During the construction process we provide the project team with detailed schedules (including important design milestones) and budgets to manage the time line and construction costs effectively. We also carefully manage our crews to assure quality work and job site safety, communicating continuously with the project team to insure proper coordination of all building components.  Our managers have many years of job site experience as well as engineering degrees from the top universities – a recipe for practical and correct construction techniques.

The project comes to completion with a detailed inspection by the project team and timely completion of all outstanding items.  At this time all building systems and warranties are explained, including a recommended service and inspection schedule for the building.  Turn-over is usually almost as exciting for the project construction managers as for the owners – we take pride in every project we build.
